We offer complete Material Specifications as well as Construction Administration assistance to clients and local builders.  These popular DESIGN/BUILD services are geared toward high end custom homes in which we work diligently with the home owner to help them select all finish materials, fixtures, exterior finishes, etc. to help their builder streamline the entire building process.

Our vast expertise allows us to design appealing updates to existing residential homes and commercial structures.  We have also been involved in joint ventures with corporate architect and engineering groups on various corporate remodeling projects including Chevrolet, Ford, Best Western, Pizza Hut and others.

• The Refuge
  • A gated community with a beautiful golf course meandering throughout includes a world class club house and spa.  Most lots offer breathtaking lake and city views.  A close knit neighborhood feel is prevalent within this community of exquisite luxury homes.
• Havasu Foothills
  • Nestled high in the foothills above Lake Havasu, careful site planning utilizes natural arroyos and mountains to preserve the desert surrounding, and help provide a beautiful backdrop throughout the community.  The staggered building pad levels between properties allow for expansive views and provide an interesting streetscape.
• Sailing Hawks

We work as a joint venture team member with architects and engineering firms n both commercial and industrial projects ranging from multi-family developments, restaurants, hotels, medical facilities and auto dealerships, just to name a few.  We can provide expertise creating master site plans to full construction documents and engineering coordination for small residential subdivisions to large commercial developments and medical complexes.

With any project we work on, we offer coordination with all necessary engineering disciplines to complete the project including civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineers.  We also offer complete landscape, hardscape and pool design services to help complete the overall "curb appeal" package your new home deserves!
